alpha tau omega The Beta Iota Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity has played an intricate role in the operations and growth of Georgia Tech since before the school was founded. Chartered on September 18, 1888, ATO's philosophy is to produce great leaders of exceptional character, while at the same time providing a well-balanced college experience. Over time, the successful implementation of this philosophy has produced one of the most prestigious and influential groups of alumni at Georgia Tech.
