chi psi
Founded in 1841 as a gentleman's social fraternity Chi Psi has been at Georgia Tech for over 75 years. In all that time our brotherhood and traditions have remained unchanged. A Chi Psi brother once said, "Chi Psi wants not parts of men, but men of parts." This philosophy is a driving force behind our rush. Every year we pledge men of diverse backgrounds who are united in our common values. As a fraternity Chi Psi's are a very close brotherhood, locally and nationally. Socially, we have a full calendar, which includes our annual Silver Cord Formal, band parties, sorority mixers, brotherhood outings, football games and our Founder's Day celebration. No matter what the event is, our brothers come together to have a good time. Our strength as a brotherhood is shown outwardly through our high achievements on campus in academics, philanthropy, leadership and athletics. In the five year average of the Dean Dull Best Overall Fraternity Award, Chi Psi has consistently finished among the top fraternities. We place a large emphasis on scholarship while being involved in intramurals and organizations like FASET, IFC, and GT Motorsports. The brothers of Alpha Iota Delta of Chi Psi welcome you!
